Text

Whenever any water sample analysis is required by the secretary of health and environment for the purposes of any permit or application for a permit under K.S.A. 65-163, 65-165 or 65-171d, or any amendments thereto, such water sample analysis shall be performed by a laboratory which has been certified and approved by the secretary of health and environment pursuant to this act and any rules and regulations adopted hereunder.
