§ 65-171c — Same; technical advisers

Kansas·Ch. 65 PUBLIC HEALTH·Art. 1 SECRETARY OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT, ACTIVITIES

The secretary of health and environment shall have authority to appoint or employ such technical advisers as may be necessary in order to carry out the provisions of this act.
