Text

All persons shall be licensed as funeral directors only after due examination by the state board of mortuary arts and the payment of an examination fee. The examination fee shall be in the amount fixed by the board in accordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 65-1727 and amendments thereto. The examination fee shall be in addition to the license fee.
