§ 65-1711 — Record of licenses

Kansas·Ch. 65 PUBLIC HEALTH·Art. 17 REGULATION OF EMBALMERS AND FUNERAL DIRECTORS; FUNERAL ESTABLISHMENTS

The secretary of said board shall keep a record in which shall be entered the names and residences of all persons to whom licenses have been issued hereunder, and the secretary shall record the license number and the date of issuance of each such license.
