§ 65-170f — Same; disposition of recovered penalties

Kansas·Ch. 65 PUBLIC HEALTH·Art. 1 SECRETARY OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT, ACTIVITIES
Except as otherwise provided by K.S.A. 82a-952, all penalties recovered pursuant to the provisions of this act shall be deposited in the state treasury and credited to the state general fund.
