Text
Any person who knowingly makes any false statement, representation or certification in any application, record, report, plan or other document filed or required to be maintained under the provisions of K.S.A. 65-161 to 65-171h, inclusive, or any amendments thereto, or who falsified, tampers with or knowingly renders inaccurate any monitoring device or method required to be maintained pursuant to said statutes, shall be punished upon conviction by a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25) and not more than ten thousand dollars ($10,000). Each day in which the failure to comply with such requirements or other violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
