§ 65-170a — Public water supply systems, water pollution, sewage discharge; "person" defined

Kansas·Ch. 65 PUBLIC HEALTH·Art. 1 SECRETARY OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT, ACTIVITIES

For the purposes of this act the word "person" shall mean any individual, company, corporation, institution, municipality, township, county, federal agency, or legally constituted sewer district.
