§ 65-1705 — Penalties for violations

Kansas·Ch. 65 PUBLIC HEALTH·Art. 17 REGULATION OF EMBALMERS AND FUNERAL DIRECTORS; FUNERAL ESTABLISHMENTS

Any person who shall advertise, practice or hold oneself out as practicing the science of embalming without having complied with the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a class A nonperson misdemeanor.
