§ 65-1646 — Violations of act or rules and regulations; penalty; revocation or suspension of registration or permit; notice and hearing

Kansas·Ch. 65 PUBLIC HEALTH·Art. 16 REGULATION OF PHARMACISTS
Any person violating any of the provisions of this act or any valid rule and regulation made under the authority conferred by this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Upon conviction, any person holding a registration or permit under the provisions of K.S.A. 65-1643 and amendments thereto may have such registration or permit revoked or suspended. No registration or permit shall be suspended or revoked without first giving the registrant or permitee notice and opportunity for a hearing in accordance with the provisions of the Kansas administrative procedure act.
