§ 65-163p — Same; disposition of revenue derived from bond sales

Kansas·Ch. 65 PUBLIC HEALTH·Art. 1 SECRETARY OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT, ACTIVITIES

The proceeds derived from the sale of all revenue bonds issued under this act shall be deposited in the state treasury and credited to the fund.
