(a)(1) As a condition of probation or other disciplinary action under K.S.A. 65-1627 or 65-1657, and amendments thereto, the board may require that a licensee or registrant be subject to additional compliance inspections or audits and pay the actual costs of such inspections and audits.
(2)If a licensee or registrant fails to comply with a board order regarding the costs of additional inspections and audits, the board may impose additional disciplinary action against the licensee or registrant for failure to comply with a lawful order of the board under K.S.A. 65-1627, and amendments thereto.
(b)Actual costs under this section include, but are not limited to:
(1)Salaries and wages;
(2)travel, mileage and lodging;
(3)subsistence allowances;
(4)document storage, shipping and handling;
