§ 65-153 — Child hygiene; duties of division of public health

Kansas·Ch. 65 PUBLIC HEALTH·Art. 1 SECRETARY OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT, ACTIVITIES
The general duties of the division of public health of the department of health and environment shall include the issuance of educational literature on the care of the baby and the hygiene of the child, the study of the causes of infant mortality and the application of preventive measures for the prevention and the suppression of the diseases of infancy and early childhood.
