Text

At any time after the expiration of one year, application may be made for reinstatement of any licensee whose license shall have been revoked, and such application shall be addressed to the secretary-treasurer of the board. The board may promulgate such rules and regulations concerning notice and hearing of such application as are deemed necessary.
