Text
The board shall not suspend, limit, restrict or revoke, the license of a licensee or privately or publicly censure a licensee for any reason or conduct for which a defense is provided for in title 16, part 456 of the code of federal regulations and amendments thereto from and after the date such trade regulation rule becomes effective.
