§ 65-1448 — Wartime fee remittance rules

Kansas·Ch. 65 PUBLIC HEALTH·Art. 14 REGULATION OF DENTISTS AND DENTAL HYGIENISTS

The board by rules shall provide for the remittance of fees otherwise required by this act while a licensee is in the active duty with any of the armed forces of the United States during a state of war.
