Text

(a)Any person (which word when used in this section shall include all legal entities) who shall advertise in any manner to the general public that he can or will sell, supply, furnish, construct, reproduce or repair prosthetic dentures, bridges, plates or other appliances to be used or worn as substitutes for natural teeth, or for the regulation thereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and the board may enjoin such person from so doing.
(b)Any person not licensed to practice dentistry in this state who shall sell or offer any such services or products to the general public shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and the board may enjoin such person from so doing.
(c)The board may revoke the license of any dentist who shall:
(1)Advertise such services or dental appliances to the general pub
