§ 65-116h — Preservation of individual rights

Kansas·Ch. 65 PUBLIC HEALTH·Art. 1 SECRETARY OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT, ACTIVITIES

Nothing in this act shall be construed or operate to empower or authorize the secretary of health and environment or the secretary's designee or a local health officer to restrict in any manner the individual's right to select the mode of treatment of his or her choice.
