§ 65-116g — Penalty for violations of act or regulations

Kansas·Ch. 65 PUBLIC HEALTH·Art. 1 SECRETARY OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT, ACTIVITIES

Any person who violates any provision of this act, or any rules or regulations of the secretary of health and environment for the enforcement of this act, or violates any of the rules or regulations of any institution while a patient therein, or conducts himself in a disorderly manner, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
