§ 65-1132 — Renewal of license for advanced practice registered nurse; reinstatement of lapsed license

Kansas·Ch. 65 PUBLIC HEALTH·Art. 11 REGULATION OF NURSING
(a)All licenses issued under the provisions of this act, whether initial or renewal, shall expire every two years. The expiration date shall be established by rules and regulations of the board. The board shall send a notice for renewal of a license to every advanced practice registered nurse at least 60 days prior to the expiration date of such person's license. Every person who desires to renew such license shall file with the board, on or before the date of expiration of such license:
(1)A renewal application together with the prescribed biennial renewal fee;
(2)evidence of completion of continuing education in the advanced practice registered nurse role, which has met the continuing education requirement for an advanced practice registered nurse as developed by the board or by a nat
