§ 65-1129 — Rules and regulations

The board shall adopt and promulgate rules and regulations as are necessary to carry out the provisions of this act [*]. * This act means 65-1113, 65-1114, 65-1117, 65-1119, 65-1120, 65-1121, 65-1122 and 65-1128.
