(a)The Kansas health policy authority created by K.S.A. 75-7401, and amendments thereto, is hereby abolished.
(b)Except as otherwise provided by K.S.A. 65-1,252 through 65-1,258, and amendments thereto, all powers, duties, and functions of the Kansas health policy authority under K.S.A. 75-7401 et seq., and amendments thereto, or any other statute, are hereby transferred to and imposed upon the department of health and environment and its division of health care finance and the secretary and the director of health care finance.
(c)Except as otherwise provided by K.S.A. 65-1,252 through 65-1,258, and amendments thereto, all powers, duties, and functions of any state agency, department, board, commission or council, providing services and creating systems in order to comply with the provi
