§ 65-1,247 — Expedited processing and issuance of certain permits

Kansas·Ch. 65 PUBLIC HEALTH·Art. 1 SECRETARY OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT, ACTIVITIES

(a)The department of health and environment shall expedite processing and issuance of any permit required to be issued by the department for construction or operation of a refinery.

(b)As used in this section, "refinery" means an industrial process plant where crude oil is processed and refined into petroleum products.
