Text

Notwithstanding any other remedy and in addition to any other remedy, the secretary may maintain, in the manner provided by the Kansas judicial review act, an action in the name of the state of Kansas for injunction or other process against any business entity or individual to restrain or prevent any violation of the provisions of the residential childhood lead poisoning prevention act or of any rules and regulations adopted under the residential childhood lead poisoning prevention act.
