Text
(a)Each swine facility that is required to have a permit shall keep all records and plans required by this act at the facility's site office in a manner that is accessible to inspection by authorized representatives of the department pursuant to K.S.A. 65-1,191 and amendments thereto.
(b)Each swine facility that is required to have a permit shall retain at the location required in subsection (a) the current and previous three years' versions of the records and plans required by this act.
