Text

(a)The department of health and environment shall, subject to appropriations, establish a program to increase access to screenings for colon, breast, prostate and cervical cancer, to be used in conjunction with, but not limited to, rural health clinics and safety net clinics, the cost of which shall not exceed $1,500,000.
(b)The provisions of this section shall not take effect until July 1, 2008.
