Text
(a)The secretary of health and environment shall conduct an ongoing public awareness campaign directed to both men and women regarding the preconceptual and perinatal effects of the use of tobacco, the use of alcohol and the use of any controlled substance as defined in schedule I, II or III of the uniform controlled substances act for nonmedical purposes.
(b)This section shall take effect and be in force from and after January 1, 1993.
