§ 65-1,118 — Act not to effect mode of treatment

Kansas·Ch. 65 PUBLIC HEALTH·Art. 1 SECRETARY OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT, ACTIVITIES

Nothing in this act shall be construed or operate to empower or authorize the secretary to restrict in any manner the right of a physician to recommend a mode of treatment for diabetes mellitus or to restrict in any manner an individual's right to select the mode of treatment of his or her choice.
