Text
Any person, association, firm, corporation, organization or other agency willfully or knowingly permitting or encouraging the disclosure of information obtained pursuant to the provisions of K.S.A. 65-1,115 and not otherwise authorized to be disclosed under K.S.A. 65-1,116 shall be guilty of a class C misdemeanor.
