(a)Issuance and contents. The order of attachment shall be delivered to the sheriff of any county or other officer authorized by law to serve the same, and shall command such sheriff or officer to attach the property of the defendant or so much thereof as will be sufficient to satisfy the plaintiff's claim, as sworn to, with interest and costs, or such specific property as shall be directed in writing by the plaintiff or the plaintiff's attorney, and to summon as garnishees all persons in whose possession any personal property or money of the defendant may be, or who may be named by the plaintiff or the plaintiff's attorney as garnishees. An order of attachment shall be deemed sufficient if in substantial compliance with the form set forth by the judicial council.
