Text

Subject to the provisions of K.S.A. 60-703 an action may be commenced on a demand not yet due and an attachment may issue upon a bond being given in any of the cases mentioned in K.S.A. 60-701, but no judgment shall be rendered against the defendant until maturity of the demand.
