§ 60-5606 — Severability
The provisions of K.S.A. 2024 Supp. 60-5601 through 60-5605, and amendments thereto, are hereby declared to be severable. If any provision of K.S.A. 2024 Supp. 60-5601 through 60-5605, and amendments thereto, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of K.S.A. 2024 Supp. 60-5601 through 60-5605, and amendments thereto, that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application.
