§ 60-4123 — Statutory construction

Kansas·Ch. 60 PROCEDURE, CIVIL·Art. 41 ASSET SEIZURE AND FORFEITURE
The provisions of this act shall be liberally construed to effectuate its remedial purposes. Civil remedies under this act shall be supplemental and not mutually exclusive. Such civil remedies do not preclude and are not precluded by any other provision of law.
