§ 60-3337 — Statutory and common-law privileges not affected

Kansas·Ch. 60 PROCEDURE, CIVIL·Art. 33 ACTIONS RELATING TO COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY
Nothing in this act shall limit, waive or abrogate the scope or nature of any statutory or common-law privilege, including but not limited to the work-product doctrine and the attorney-client privilege.
