§ 60-2605 — Affirmation in lieu of oath

Kansas·Ch. 60 PROCEDURE, CIVIL·Art. 26 GENERAL PROVISIONS
Whenever an oath is required by this code, the affirmation of a person, conscientiously opposed to taking an oath, shall have the same effect.
