§ 60-1713 — Construction

Kansas·Ch. 60 PROCEDURE, CIVIL·Art. 17 DECLARATORY JUDGMENTS
This act is remedial in nature and its purpose is to settle and provide relief from uncertainty and insecurity with respect to disputed rights, status and other legal relations and should be liberally construed and administered to achieve that purpose.
