(a)The division of emergency management within the adjutant general's department is hereby authorized to accept and hold, on behalf of the state of Kansas, the real property described in subsection (b) from any federal government department or agency of the United States.
(b)A tract of land being a part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 22 and the Southwest Quarter of Section 23, township 15 South, Range 4 West of the 6th P.M., Saline County, Kansas, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Section 22 thence N 89'36'58" W along the South line of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 22, a distance of 50.00 feet; thence N 00'00'10" E Parallel to the East line of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 22, a distance of 2566.72 feet to a point 75.00
