§ 48-919 — Employees, division of emergency management; expenses
The adjutant general, as the chief administrative officer of the division of emergency management, is hereby authorized to employ an emergency management programs' administrator, a planning officer and such technical, professional, clerical, stenographic and other personnel and may make such expenditures within the appropriation therefor, or from other funds made available to the adjutant general for the purpose of emergency management, as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this act. Such employees shall be within the classified service and their compensation shall be determined as provided by the Kansas civil service act.
