§ 48-1619 — Title of act; citation
Kansas·Ch. 48 MILITIA, DEFENSE AND PUBLIC SAFETY·Art. 16 NUCLEAR ENERGY DEVELOPMENT AND RADIATION CONTROL
This act shall be known and may be cited as the "nuclear energy development and radiation control act."
