§ 45-316 — Payment of expenses; approval

Kansas·Ch. 45 PUBLIC RECORDS, DOCUMENTS AND INFORMATION·Art. 3 LEGISLATIVE DOCUMENTS
The director of accounts and reports shall draw his or her warrants upon the state treasurer for services under the provisions of this act, upon vouchers approved by the secretary of state or the director of legislative administrative services. All expenses incurred under this act shall be paid from funds appropriated for legislative expense.
