§ 45-315 — Timetable for publication of session laws; printing and delivery of bound copies as provided by law

Kansas·Ch. 45 PUBLIC RECORDS, DOCUMENTS AND INFORMATION·Art. 3 LEGISLATIVE DOCUMENTS

After the sine die adjournment of each legislative session, the secretary of state shall provide for the publication of the session laws on July 1 of such year. As rapidly as practicable, the secretary of state shall provide for the printing and delivery of bound copies of the session laws as provided by law.
