§ 45-314 — Printing of enrolled bills; specifications

Kansas·Ch. 45 PUBLIC RECORDS, DOCUMENTS AND INFORMATION·Art. 3 LEGISLATIVE DOCUMENTS

The secretary of state shall determine (1) the length and width of the printed page for all enrolled bills and resolutions, and (2) width of the margin on either side and end of such printed page. The enrolled bills and resolutions shall be printed by the division of printing on parchment, or the substantial equivalent therefor.
