Text
An action shall be commenced by the attorney general or the county attorney of any county of the state on complaint of any interested party, for the suspension or revocation of the license of any business agent for the violation of any of the provisions of this act. Said action may be commenced in the district court of the county of residence of such business agent or of the county in which such violations occurred. Such action shall be heard by the court without a jury and the code of civil procedure shall apply in such proceedings. The court may suspend such license for such time as in its judgment is deemed best, or may revoke such license.
