Text
The secretary of labor shall implement a training curriculum for employees who will interact with claimants under the provisions of K.S.A. 44-706 and K.S.A. 44-760 through 44-764, and amendments thereto. Such curriculum shall be approved by the state domestic violence and sexual assault coalition designated by the center for disease control or health and human services.
