Text

Pursuant to 42 U.S.C.A. § 1101 et seq., the secretary of labor may accept assistance from the United States secretary of labor to conduct in-service training either directly or through contracts with institutions of higher education or other qualified agencies, organizations or institutions, to conduct programs and courses designed to train individuals to prepare them or improve their qualifications for service in the administration of Kansas employment security programs.
