Text
It shall be unlawful to employ learners, apprentices and minors in any industry or occupation within the state of Kansas under conditions of labor detrimental to their health or welfare and it shall be unlawful to employ learners, apprentices and minors in any industry within the state of Kansas at wages which are not adequate for their maintenance and for more hours in any one day than is consonant with their health and welfare, except as hereinafter provided.
