§ 44-526 — Modification of award of compensation by agreement to be filed with director to be valid; time requirement

Kansas·Ch. 44 LABOR AND INDUSTRIES·Art. 5 WORKERS COMPENSATION
Any award of compensation may be modified by subsequent written agreement of the parties, but no such agreement modifying an award shall be valid as against the claimant unless such agreement or a copy thereof is filed by the employer in the office of the director within 60 days after the execution of such agreement.
