Text
The secretary of labor is authorized to revoke any license, whenever in the judgment of the secretary, the party licensed violates any of the provisions of this act whenever written complaint shall have been filed with the secretary and the secretary gives the case full and fair hearing in accordance with the provisions of the Kansas administrative procedure act.
