Text
There is hereby created in the state treasury the athlete agent registration fee fund which shall be administered by the secretary of state. All moneys credited to the athlete agent registration fee fund shall be used for the expenses incurred for the performance of the duties and functions of the secretary of state under the uniform athlete agents act. All expenditures from the athlete agent registration fee fund shall be made in accordance with the provisions of appropriation acts upon warrants of the director of accounts and reports issued pursuant to vouchers approved by the secretary of state or by a person or persons designated by the secretary.
