Text
Determinations under K.S.A. 44-1005 or 44-1019, and amendments thereto, by the Kansas human rights commission that no probable cause exists for crediting the allegations of a complaint under the Kansas act against discrimination or the Kansas age discrimination in employment act are hereby specifically exempted from the Kansas judicial review act (K.S.A. 77-601 through 77-627, and amendments thereto).
