§ 41-726 — False statements to common carriers unlawful

Kansas·Ch. 41 INTOXICATING LIQUORS AND BEVERAGES·Art. 7 CERTAIN PROHIBITED ACTS AND PENALTIES
It shall be unlawful for any person to make a false statement, for the purpose of obtaining alcoholic liquors, to any railroad, express or transportation company, or any person engaged in the business of transporting goods, wares or merchandise for the purpose of obtaining the shipment, transportation or delivery of same.
